All I can say about these guys is AMAZING !! In every way. Nothing is too much trouble from the first message I sent they have been so helpful and informative! On time for set up, quick and efficient even in the pouring rain! Did everything they could to make sure my daughter had the perfect day. Collection on time and again fast.. didnt even mind the bulldog helping out such genuine people ( wouldnt even accept my 5 pound tip for the amazing service ) I would definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone customer service has been impeccable!! I would just like to say how pleased and extremely satisfied i was with the customer service from a wibbly wobbly bouncy castle. Due to the weather conditions, unfortunately we was unable to have the bouncy castle, but they did everything in their power to keep us updated and really did try their best to make it happen!
